As part of our training programs for sales teams and single sales managers we have built a program of shop calls for the hotel sales department, shop grading, and a whole lay-out of what the Sales Manager needs to do attain a high score.

The Hotel's DOS receives the full report and attendant grading, so that kudos or remedial training can be put in motion.
