The sales team and DOSM are at their home office desks. They work both part and full time.

They can work effectively for most proprties - not all. There are many properties with too much meeting space for anything but an on-property team. But, suppose that no one on that team is proospecting; we all know that most Sales Managers do not propspect. Then we can help with a propsecting - new buiness development program that works with the team on property to create nore revenue.

They work on several other properties at the same time.

They spend time at the property at the beginning and then at least every month. Some properties need us to have a Senior Sales Manager there at all times. We do that. The Sales Manager rotates.
