As a hotel web designer and marketing consultant, I have looked into the programs that are able to give you control over your third party web channels. There are now several that allow you to control centrally all the inventory for each channel, the start and stop dates, the rates, and the blackout dates. There is one that is gaining acceptance, is cleverly laid out, and is very cost affective at an excellent cost of circa $140 per month. The interface pages are really clear and exceptionally simple to comprehend so I anticipate that the learning curve will be based on how much management the user will be tempted to indulge in.
