Then our tasks for our clients entail these parameters that you must first consider.We are a sales and marketing consulting company that works for owners and management companies. Our clients need temporary on-site revenue managers and/or revenue managers to work from their remote home offices, to fill in during leave of absences, job vacancies or as additional support. The temporary positions are located in various places across the country. During an on property assignment our associates live and work on property which can last 2 weeks to 4 months, or longer. At times the assignment will be a work from home office with daily call interaction with the property and Panetiere supervisor. This is NOT a salaried position. We DO NOT have any associates on salary. We work on PROJECT BASIS ONLY, so this is not the place for someone who needs a full time permanent position with a salary and benefits. Our associates are quite busy but there is NO guarantee of how much work we get and how often we get it. This IS NOT a position for someone to fill in while they are looking for a full time salaried position, but for someone who has entrepreneurial and wishes do this long term or who is already working as a revenue management consultant. You must be able to be dropped into many different situations and types of environments and hit the ground running. We have to be able to work with what we are given, and most of the time our clients need us because things are not running smoothly or they are short staffed or in transition period. THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF: You need a full time salary and benefits Can’t travel and be away from home for weeks or months at a time. Our associates typically return home every other weekend. Can’t go with the flow and can’t work hard with little direction and support. We at Panetiere support you and are in constant contact with you, but on site you are at time, working very independently. THIS IS FOR YOU IF: Can work hard for weeks or months at a time and then might enjoy a few weeks or months off without work. Are flexible with time and able to travel Enjoy stepping into new situations, helping out, providing leadership and doing what is necessary. Are flexible about your working conditions: sometimes you’ll be in an office; sometimes a cubicle; sometimes you will need to help the client understand exactly what it is that you can do. Are extremely positive and have a great attitude and work and life. Not interested in participating in office gossip Able to set a high example of professionalism and work ethic.
